How does your BOGO 50% OFF deal work?

What are the BOGO mixing options and limits?
Mix any styles within categories (shoes with shoes, boots with boots) or try our Boots+Shoes deal. Limited to two BOGO orders. Cannot combine with other discounts. All items must be in cart for discount to apply.
How do BOGO returns and exchanges work?
One free size exchange per item within 7 days. Returns accepted within 15 days (unworn condition). Free US shipping only. Contact our support team for help with returns or finding alternative styles at support@steadfastseven.com
SHIPPING INFORMATION
How long do you estimate it will take to receive my order?
Regional shipping averages around 8 to 16 business days. Nonetheless, global supply chain hurdles could result in prolonged shipping periods.
Is there free shipping?
Great news! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. This applies to all purchases, including our BOGO deals!
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FIT
What if my item doesn't fit?
Don't worry! We offer a one-time free size exchange within seven days of receiving your order. Here's what you need to know:
- One exchange per order
- Must request within seven days of delivery
- Email support@steadfastseven.com with:
- Reason for misfit (too small, big, narrow)
- New size requested
- Your name and order number
- Size changes more than two sizes different aren't eligible
- Check our Sizing Instructions and Size Charts before ordering to ensure the best fit
What can I do if I have a problem with my purchase?
BOGO items follow our standard return policies:
- 15-day return window
- Items must be unworn/original condition
- Refunds based on actual price paid per item
- Size exchanges follow our standard 7-day exchange policy
