RETURNS & REFUNDS
SIZING ISSUES: In the rare event that a customer is unhappy with the fit of their shoes or their clothing, We offer one-time free size exchange for shoes and clothing to keep our customer happy.
Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe or clothing order and the customer needs to request a size change within seven days after signing for the order.
In order for a free exchange to be processed, customer must provide the following information: reason the products didn't fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, customer name, order number.
Size exchange requests that differ by more than two sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for an exchange.
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate SIZING CHART on each of our product specifications pages for your customers reference.
In the event that your customer is unhappy with their size and it is not one of the products eligible for a free sizing exchange request, you can message us at support@steadfastseven.com.
Note: Customer satisfaction is import to us so please contact us so we can help with a resolution.

POOR QUALITY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
- TO INITIATE A CLAIM, EMAIL SUPPORT@STEADFASTSEVEN.COM WITH A DETAILED EXPLANATION AND PHOTOS OF THE ISSUE.
-NOTE:WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING-RELATED DAMAGE (E.G., DAMAGED SHOE BOXES).
INCORRECT PRODUCT SHIPMENTS:
- IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT, WE PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND.
- PLEASE EMAIL US YOUR ORDER NUMBER ALONG WITH PHOTOS OF THE ORDERED ITEM AND THE ITEM RECEIVED.
MISSING ITEMS:
- FOR ORDERS WITH MISSING ITEMS, WE WILL RESEND THE MISSING PRODUCT OR ISSUE A REFUND.
- EMAIL US YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE ITEM NUMBER OF THE MISSING PRODUCT.
DESIGN DISCREPANCIES:
- IF THE PRINTED DESIGN DIFFERS SIGNIFICANTLY FROM THE ARTWORK, WE OFFER A REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND.
- PLEASE EMAIL US A PHOTO CLEARLY SHOWING THE DISCREPANCY.
SIZING ISSUES:
- WE OFFER A ONE-TIME FREE SIZE EXCHANGE FOR SHOES AND CLOTHING WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF ORDER RECEIPT.
- TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE, PROVIDE:
- REASON FOR MISFIT (E.G., TOO SMALL, TOO BIG, TOO NARROW)
- NEW SIZE REQUESTED
- CUSTOMER NAME AND ORDER NUMBER
- SIZE EXCHANGE REQUESTS DIFFERING BY MORE THAN TWO SIZES FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER ARE INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
- WE PROVIDE ACCURATE SIZING CHARTS ON ALL PRODUCT PAGES TO MINIMIZE SIZING ISSUES.
- FOR PRODUCTS INELIGIBLE FOR FREE SIZING EXCHANGE, CONTACT SUPPORT@STEADFASTSEVEN.COM FOR ASSISTANCE.
