Return & Refund Policy
Refund And Exchange Claims Will Only Be Accepted Within 15 Days After The Customer Receives An Order- We Offer A Replacement Or Full Refund For Items Received In Damaged, Defective, Or Poor Condition.
STANDARD RETURNS:
• Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Free size exchange within 7 days (one-time per order)
• Email required for return authorization
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
BOGO (Buy One Get One 50% Off) DEAL RETURNS:
• If returning items purchased under BOGO promotion:
- Returning both items: Full refund of the purchase price for both items
- Returning full-price item only: The discounted item will revert to full price, and the difference will be deducted from your refund
- Returning discounted item only: Refund will be for the discounted amount paid
• BOGO returns must follow the same 15-day return window
• Both items in a BOGO deal must be returned together if you want a full refund
• Maximum of 2 BOGO deals per order applies to return calculations
QUALITY ISSUES:
• Email photo documentation within 7 days of delivery
• Replacement or refund options available
• Each case reviewed individually
PAYMENT REFUNDS:
• Processed to original payment method
• Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear

Poor Quality or Damaged Products:
- We offer a replacement or full refund for items received in damaged, defective, or poor condition.

- Note: We are not responsible for shipping-related damage (e.g., damaged shoe boxes).
Incorrect Product Shipments:
- If you receive the wrong product, we provide a replacement or full refund.
- Please email us your order number along with photos of the ordered item and the item received.
Missing Items:
- For orders with missing items, we will resend the missing product or issue a refund.
- Email us your order number and the item number of the missing product.
Design Discrepancies:
- If the printed design differs significantly from the artwork, we offer a replacement or full refund.
- Please email us a photo clearly showing the discrepancy.
Sizing Issues:
- We offer a one-time free size exchange for shoes and clothing within 7 days of order receipt.
- To request an exchange, provide:
- Reason for misfit (e.g., too small, too big, too narrow)
- New size requested
- Customer name and order number
- Size exchange requests differing by more than 2 sizes from the original order are ineligible for free exchange.
- We provide accurate sizing charts on all product pages to minimize sizing issues.
